Our Customer Service Committee is all about active involvement. We believe in the power of our customers' voices and want you to help influence and shape everything we do. Your feedback is invaluable to us!
You'll be overseeing our service standards, monitoring their delivery, and ensuring complaints are handled efficiently and fairly. It's a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact and be part of something special.
What skills and knowledge do I need to be part of the committee?
We’re looking for a VIVID customer who can:
- Represent our customers with passion and dedication.
- Stay unbiased and objective, making decisions that benefit VIVID, it’s customers and stakeholders.
- Confidently and competently contribute to discussions
- Help shape our strategy and ensure effective policies and governance
We’re looking for skills, knowledge and/or experience in the following areas:
- Great communication skills
- Great teamwork
- Experience in policy and strategy
- Customer influence
- Complaints management
- Data analysis skills
- Commitment to improving customer satisfaction and service quality
- Passionate about the communities VIVID operates in
- Understanding of and commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion
How much time will I need to give?
The committee usually meets 4 times a year with additional meetings where required. The meetings will take place at our Portsmouth or Basingstoke offices on a rotational basis. There will also be an induction at the beginning of your role with us, so we’ll need a little more of your time.
Upcoming meetings for 2025 are as follows: 22 April, 22 July, 28 October
All meetings take place 5pm–7.30pm and will rotate between our Basingstoke and Portsmouth offices.

Recruitment timeline
The closing date for the role is 28 March 2025, you’ll be notified if shortlisted for interview by Friday 4 April 2025.
A group observation exercise will be carried out for those shortlisted on 16 April 2025 at 5.30-7pm at our Basingstoke office.
Informal interviews will take place on 1 and 2 May 2025 either online or in person.
