The survey will be sent to you by email from surveys@email.formspro.microsoft.com.
You might notice our survey emails don't come from a VIVID address (@vividhomes.co.uk). Instead, they’re sent from surveys@email.formspro.microsoft.com — the email address used by our survey software. We know this can be a bit confusing, but don't worry, they're genuine and safe to open.
Here's what to look out for, so you can spot our surveys:
- The VIVID logo and branding is present throughout the email and survey
- VIVID is mentioned clearly in the wording
- The subject line includes “VIVID” so you know it’s from us
