- You can find out who your neighbourhood officer is in your online account. Head over to your profile page and it will be listed for who it is
- If you don't have an online account, you can contact us and our Customer Experience team will be able to help

- One way you can do this is through your online account, once logged in you're able to raise a new case
- To do this, open up the chatbot and either type or select create a case
- Follow the prompts from the chatbot and your case will be created and sent to our Customer Experience team who will investigate and respond by end of the next working day
- The case that you create will be visible in the cases section of your online account. If you need to add any more information you can do this by messaging us in the case
- If you have an active case in your Online Account that your neighbourhood officer is looking into, you can also message and send documents/pictures directly to them
- If you don't have an online account, you can contact us and our Customer Experience team will be able to help
