Christmas opening hours
Over the festive period, there’ll be some changes to our customer contact centre opening hours:
- Tuesday 24 December- Our customer contact centre will close at 5pm. Our normal out of hours service is available for emergencies on 0800 652 0898
- Wednesday 25 to Thursday 26 December - For any emergency repairs, our out of hours service will be available
- Friday 27 December - Our customer contact centre will be open between 8.30am - 4.30pm
- Saturday 28 to Sunday 29 December - Our emergency out of hours service will be available over the weekend as usual
- Monday 30 to Tuesday 31 December - Our customer contact centre will be open between 8.30am - 5pm
- Wednesday 1 January- For any emergency repairs, our out of hours service will be available
- Thursday 2 January - The customer contact centre will be open and usual services continue. Our wait times may be longer than usual on this day
