Carbon monoxide alarm survey
We've sent out a survey to 11,775 of our renting customers to find out more about the carbon monoxide alarm in your home. The survey will be sent from surveys@email.formspro.microsoft.com and is genuine.
- All you need to do is complete the survey, which we expect will take around 2 minutes to complete
- We've included images of our 3 most common carbon monoxide alarms in the survey, but if you have a different alarm there is the opportunity to provide this information later in the survey
- We care about your safety and don't want you to take any unnecessary risks, so please only provide this information if it's safe for you to do so - do not overreach or stretch to find any carbon monoxide alarms
- We’re currently updating our records and are reaching out to our customers to confirm what type of carbon monoxide alarm you have in your home
- Completing this short survey will save us and you a visit to your home
The survey will be open until Wednesday 2 July 2025 so please send back your response by then.
Your response won’t be anonymous as we need to identify which homes we are receiving updated carbon monoxide alarm information for.
