Key fobs
Key fobs are small devices that allow access to a certain block. Each property will have 2 key fobs issued to the property. Any extra fobs will need to be paid for and ordered.
- If you need a new key fob, please get in touch and our Customer Experience team can get this arranged
- There will be a charge for a new or additional key fob
- You can't raise repair in the online account for a new one, as we need to take payment first
- Our Customer Expereience team will either send you a link through Call Secure Digital to make the payment or arrange for our Debt Recovery team to give you a call back on a secure (non recorded) line
- You must be in for all key fob jobs either for replacing, repairing, or re-programming
- Please make sure you have all your fobs to hand, as the operative need all their fobs with them to carry out the process
If your fob has stopped working or broken through normal wear and tear, we will replace it at no charge, however must keep hold of the fob that has stopped working, so that our operative can either repair or replace it.
Please get in touch and our Customer Experience team to get this arranged, we don't allow you to raise a repair for a new one as we need more information on the key fob.
- You must be in for all key fob jobs either for replacing, repairing, or re-programming
- Old non-working fobs must be given back to the operative at the time of visit
- Key fobs broken through accident damage will be recharged back to you
