Repairs in bad weather
- If you need a repair because your home has been affected by bad weather, please contact us to report the repair. If it’s an emergency, call us on 0800 652 0898 day or night to report it.
- Bad weather means our phone lines get busy, so please be patient when calling. If your repair is not an emergency, please report it using your online account.
- Any emergency work will be internal only during the high winds and will be to make safe if a leak cannot be contained
During bad weather, such as high winds or cold spells, we're unable to complete some repairs such as roofing repairs or fencing. If we need to cancel your repair, we’ll contact you and we’ll book your repair back in as soon as possible. We’ll also update our website if our services are affected.
Please note, works on scaffolding can't happen with winds over 25mph. We may need to check and survey the scaffolding before works can be continued.
