Payment links

You may receive a text or email from us asking for payment through CSDPlus, also known as Call Secure Digital PLUS. 
 

CallSecure Digital PLUS is a service that allows for a secure payment of a set amount to be made using a weblink that's sent to you via an email or SMS. The link is valid for 72 hours.

  • Our income team may send this out when they're looking at your rent account
  • Our customer experience team can also arrange this when speaking to you when you contact us

  • When you receive the SMS or email you will be asked to click a link to complete the transaction

  • You'll be taken to CallSecure Digital PLUS where you can review the information - to make the payment you will need to click on 'Pay Now'. The page will look similar to below:

  • You'll need to enter the card details you want to make the payment on and click continue. if you make an error you can reset the page

  • You'll then need to check the address details (these will be for the cardholder) and make any amendments needed
  • You can then review all the information and if correct press Make Payment to complete the transaction

  • You'll receive an email with your receipt for the payment
  • Our customer experience and income teams can also see when we've received your payment
  • If the payment is for your rent account, this will show in your online account by the next working day

No, you can still make payments in other ways too.
