Utilities
There are a small number of schemes that we bill directly for. We need to do this as we own the heat network.
This doesn’t apply to customers on a pre-payment meter, have utilities in their service charges or have a direct relationship with their energy supplier.

The following blocks are looked after by VIVID:
- Lilly Court
- Surrey Court
- Dextra Court
- Wickham Court
- Bramall Place
- Gregory House
- You will be made aware of this at the time of sign up if VIVID will look after the utilities.
- If you're apart of this, on the Online Account you'll find there is a sub account where we add these charges
- You’ll receive quarterly bills for part or all of your utility usage from us
As owners of the heat network, in these cases, we have the relationship with the supplier, the costs are then passed back to the customer based on their usage.
- Your meter is read remotely by a third-party energy management company, called Engeri Vue, to make sure you’re charged for what you’ve used
- If you think the balance may be wrong, you can get in touch with Energi Vue by replying to their email with the balance on
