Parking

Some of our homes have allocated parking spaces. When you sign up to your tenancy, your parking arrangements will be discussed and if you have allocated parking, we’ll let you know where it is. If you’re unsure, please contact us  and your Neighbourhood Officer will be able to advise you.
 

Yes, we expect all vehicles to have a current MOT and to be taxed and insured.

On most of our estates where the parking is not allocated, parking is limited. We’d expect all vehicles to be roadworthy and have a current MOT and be taxed and insured. If you’re intending to put a SORN on your vehicle, we’d expect this to be for a short period and you’ll need to contact your Neighbourhood Officer to advise them of how long the SORN vehicle will remain in the parking area.

We ask that residents and visitors respect that these bays are for temporary use for visitor’s vehicles when visiting the estate.

If a neighbour is parked in your space, we suggest that you speak to them to resolve the issue.
