We have a window cleaning service that features regular cleaning schedules, tailored contracts, service modifications, higher-level window considerations, and effective watermarks prevention. This will be covered in your Service Charge if you're receiving this service.
Our professional service ensures 3-monthly cleaning for all agreed windows, maintaining your windows regularly.
Contracts are tailored to each site, covering communal or both residential and communal glazing
Inaccessible windows might be skipped during cleaning due to factors like open windows
We don't offer custom services for individuals; modifications require consensus from all residents
Residents are responsible for internal cleanliness when residential glazing is cleaned externally
If unsatisfied, please contact us promptly we'll arrange an inspection. We'll request a revisit if the work doesn't meet our standards
Our "Reach and wash" system may result in lower pressure and occasional marks on higher-level glazing due to working at greater heights.
Our teams use deionised water (Magic Water) to minimise watermarks, ensuring streak-free and sparkling windows.
