Help & Support

You can find lots of information on our services below, as well as the different help and support that we can provide.

Who are VIVID?

We're a leading provider of affordable homes and extensive support services in the south of England. We believe that everyone has the right to a safe and secure place to call home, and from the moment customers move into their VIVID home we’re here to help with that and more.
We invest in our homes and communities for the long-term, and this means in the quality, safety and energy efficiency of existing homes and neighbourhoods, with a firm focus on improving services so they’re easy to use and access by our customers.
We’re addressing the shortage of affordable housing in the south, building the right type of homes to meet the needs of our local communities. We’re the sixth largest developer of new homes amongst housing associations in England, having built over 1,500 last year.
This is summed up in our vision “More homes, bright futures”.
And our charitable arm VIVID Plus provides targeted support for customers and investment to local communities to help them thrive.

  • Our corporate plan 2023-28 sets out our ambitions and our course of action, centred around building trust, pride and impact to benefit our customers
  • We have 80,000 customers and 37,000 homes across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and West Sussex
  • In 2024-25 we secured £14.3m of income for our customers, made up of ongoing and backdated awards of benefit
  • In 2024-25 we invested £100.2m in our existing homes
  • In 2024-25 we gained Tpas accreditation for customer involvement and influence
  • We're the 6th biggest builder of new homes among housing associations in England
