How do I change my name?

 
 

You' ll need to send in a completed 'Application for Name Change' form and either:

  • A marriage certificate 
  • A deed poll document
  • A Decree Absolute

Photocopies are accepted however originals are preferred.

The application could be rejected if the documents aren't clear or correct
It could also be rejected if the former names don't match with the paperwork submitted

Yes, as soon as the change is complete, VIVID will notify you of the name change. Your tenancy agreement won't be amended with the name change.

As many times as you need to, providing you've got the correct documentation
