Rent and service charge review 2025-26
Whether you live in one of our rented homes, you're a shared owner, leaseholder, or freeholder – every year we review the rent, and the service charges you pay.
We notify you in advance by letter of any changes that will affect you. For most of our homes we'll let you know by the end of February, with the changes made for the start of what is our financial year in April.
For weekly rent and service charges, changes will apply from the first Monday of the new financial year.
Our rent review is currently being looked at for the next financial year and we'll let you know by the end of February if there are any changes.
