Christmas opening hours
Over the festive period, there’ll be some changes to our customer contact centre opening hours:
- Monday 22 to Wednesday 24 December – Our customer contact centre will close at 5pm. Our normal out of hours service is available for emergencies on 0800 652 0898
- Thursday 25 to Friday 26 December - Our customer contact centre will be closed. For any emergency repairs, our out of hours service will be available
- Saturday 27 to Sunday 28 December - Our emergency out of hours service will be available over the weekend as usual
- Monday 29 to Wednesday 31 December - Our customer contact centre will close at 5pm. Our normal out of hours service is available for emergencies on 0800 652 0898
- Thursday 1 January - Our customer contact centre will be closed. For any emergency repairs, our out of hours service will be available
- Friday 2 January - Our customer contact centre will be open between 8.30am - 4.30pm. Our normal out of hours service is available for emergencies on 0800 652 0898
