Please turn the boiler stat down, this dial can be found on the boiler and will have a radiator symbol next to it.
Please check the boiler for an error code and, if we're responsible for your heating, get in touch with us as the radiator may need balancing.

If we're responsible for your heating, please get in touch so we get this looked into. You can turn off the hot water and this will stop the radiators temporarily (until you turn the hot water back on).

A liveable or habitable room for heating purposes is a room intended for dwelling, such as a living room, dining room, bedroom, or study. It excludes areas like bathrooms, WCs, and utility rooms, though a kitchen can be included if it's also used for eating.

Any items stuck down the side of a radiator is down to you to remove.
No, this is down to you and can be purchased online or from most DIY stores. You'll need one to hand if you would like to bleed a radiator.
