Gas programmers
Your home may have one of 2 types of programmers:
Your standard programmer provides timing control for your central heating system, letting you set periods of use to suit your needs. The standard programmer doesn’t directly control the temperature but works together with other temperature controls, such as room thermostats, to control your heating system in your home.
A programmable timer is a handy all‑in‑one heating control that acts as both your timer and thermostat, letting you set the right temperature at the right time. It automatically adjusts your heating to match your daily routine, helping you stay comfortable while saving energy when you’re out or don’t need the heat.
